The interior chamber is made from mild steel coated aluminium and fitted with fixed non-tip shelf runners. The units are supplied with chrome plated wire grid shelves and the top vent is fitted with a thermometer clip. Heated by Incoloy sheathed elements, positioned below the chamber floor.
